Overview
This project involved a complete building envelope modernization to enhance the facility's energy efficiency, durability and overall appearance. The scope included the installation of a new Exterior Insulated Finish System (EIFS) with a stucco spray finish across the building façade, new lightweight stone cladding with rigid insulation at the lower levels and the full replacement of all existing windows with high-performance, thermally broken aluminum-framed, double-glazed units.
Our Approach
Our approach focused on delivering a high-quality building envelope restoration while maintaining strict quality control and minimizing disruption to occupants. We carefully coordinated the removal and replacement of façade components, installed new EIFS, stone cladding, architectural moldings and energy-efficient window systems, ensuring a seamless, weather-resistant and aesthetically enhanced exterior designed for long-term performance.
