Overview
This project involved targeted repairs to the exterior masonry of two Toronto condominium buildings. The work included removing and replacing damaged bricks, updating wall caps, and improving waterproofing. All repairs were completed while keeping the buildings fully operational and ensuring the safety of residents and visitors.
Our Approach
