BBC Construction understands that the Balaclava Street Adult Education Centre is an active educational and historic facility requiring specialized restoration to preserve its architectural character and structural integrity. The scope includes historic masonry repairs, brick and stone restoration, masonry reinforcement, crack repairs, cleaning and consolidation, replacement of masonry accessories, metal and copper flashings, window caulking, rough carpentry, and localized historical wood repairs.
