Overview
The 620 Lolita Gardens project involved the comprehensive restoration of the exterior envelope of a 22-storey residential tower in Mississauga, with a focus on restoring the safety, durability and appearance of its balcony and façade systems. The scope included balcony slab rehabilitation, replacement of balcony guardrails, concrete repairs, brick masonry restoration, soffit and fascia repairs, sealant replacement and the application of protective coatings to extend the building's service life and improve its overall performance.
