Our approach combined structural restoration with long-term protection through a carefully coordinated rehabilitation program. We completed concrete and reinforcing steel repairs, installed new code-compliant balcony guards, applied waterproofing systems to protect the balcony slabs, restored deteriorated masonry, and finished the project with protective coatings on all exposed concrete surfaces. Every stage of the work was performed under strict quality control and safety standards to ensure a durable, weather-resistant, and aesthetically enhanced final result.
