Overview
The Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Outdoor Garden Redevelopment project transformed an existing landscape into a modern, accessible therapeutic outdoor space while the hospital remained fully operational. The scope included demolition and removals, tree protection, hoarding, new mechanical and electrical services, hard and soft landscaping, concrete repairs, and the installation of shade structures, site furnishings, and outdoor amenities. During construction, additional concrete rehabilitation work was identified and successfully incorporated into the project, expanding the overall scope and value
