Overview
We restored and protected the underground parking garage at 120 Widdicombe Hill Blvd. The project focused on fixing structural issues, replacing suspended slabs, and upgrading the building’s waterproofing. We also improved drainage, lighting, and surface landscaping to ensure the garage is safe, durable, and welcoming for residents.
Our Approach
We worked in four phases to minimize disruption and keep the building operational. Safety was a top priority: we used dust and noise control, set up clear barriers, and always kept emergency routes open. Our team communicated closely with residents and assigned a site contact to handle any concerns. The result is a fully restored, safer, and brighter parking facility.
