BBC Construction understands that the objective of the Parking Structure Repairs at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel is to restore and extend the service life of the parking structure while maintaining safe and continuous access for hotel guests, staff, visitors, and service vehicles. The project includes traffic control, hoarding, dust control, concrete repairs, expansion joint replacement, sealant installation, slab jacking preparation, tennis court crack sealing, metal flashing replacement, and securing aluminum guardrails.
