Overview
BBC Construction understands that this project involves the comprehensive restoration and modernization of the North York Civic Centre, a prominent municipal facility and public gathering space serving the North York Community Council and various City of Toronto departments. The work includes roof and skylight replacement, curtain wall restoration, cladding replacement, brick repairs, installation of building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) panels, fall arrest system upgrades, landscaping, artwork protection and restoration and interior renovations within the approximately 665,000 sq. ft., seven-storey facility.
Our Approach
